When you’re a runner, you put your feet through a lot with every single mile, whether on pavement, hitting the trails, or running on the treadmill.  All that extra impact on your feet can take its toll over time.  Since our feet do so much for us, wouldn’t it be nice to show them a little TLC?  That’s where the new OOFOS OOmg comes in!

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been wearing the OOFOS OOmg recovery shoe either after my long runs, between fitness classes, and even to work!  They are extremely comfortable and my feet have never felt better!  I’m so excited to finally share my full review!

Peace of Mind While on the Run: RoadID Wrist ID Elite Review

Over the past couple of years, I’ve developed a keen awareness of safety as a runner.  While there are many precautions that you can take when heading out on a run outside, some experiences are beyond our control – for example, getting attacked or hit by a vehicle while running through no fault of your own.  Sadly, we see these types of stories on the news every day.

If somehow you were injured while on the run and you needed medical attention, what would you do?  How would you contact your loved ones?  That’s where RoadID comes in.  Since getting the Wrist ID Elite, I’ve been wearing it on every run and it truly gives me peace of mind.  I’m happy to share my review with you!

Do you run ever run early in the morning or late in the evening?  I used to love running early in the morning before work, but once Daylight Savings ended, it just wasn’t safe for me to be out there on my own since it was still dark outside.  I had to readjust my running schedule to run after work, which was much less convenient.  Now that I have Knuckle Lights, it’s a game changer!

In today’s post, I’m sharing my experience of running with Knuckle Lights.  Keep reading to learn more and how you can buy your own set with a 10% discount!
