So sad…the weekend is almost over, and this has been a great one! I don’t want it to end!

Eating went pretty much to plan…nothing was too exciting this past week. Hopefully I can spice things up this week.
Since Kickball was at 7 last week, we ended up forgoing dinner at home and just had some snacks beforehand. We ended up going to Bottle Bar East, which is near the playground. I had no idea they also served food, and I had a delicious flatbread!
Saturday I went to Penn Relays with my friend Christina. It was a lot of fun! Of course there was the typical stadium type of food in Franklin Field. I ended up eating a pulled pork sandwich there for “dinner”. It was okay…I think I should have tried the Caribbean food they were selling!
Sunday, April 27: Chicken Ropa Vieja (one of my crockpot favorites!) with brown rice and veggies
Monday, April 28: Triple Bean Veggie Burgers. It’s been awhile since I’ve made it, so I’m looking forward to doing a better job!
Tuesday, April 29: Baked tilapia (finally) with salad
Wednesday, April 30: Shrimp Fried Rice
Thursday, May 1: Leftovers
Friday, May 2: I’ll be attending a Happy Hour and I think I’m going to try out their sushi on the menu!
Saturday, May 3: Hoping to have a nice night out!
