Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend. The weather has been insane lately in Philly. We went from single digits on Friday, to snow to rain on Saturday, to 40 degrees on Sunday! So when I went on my long run on Sunday, I had to hop over puddles and tons of slush…such a wet, sloppy mess!
I’m a little late, but I’m linking up with Jill Conyers and Laura of Mommy Run Fast for What’s for Dinner! Meal planning is HUGE in my life – I’m incredibly busy these days, and having my meals planned for the week are necessary for my sanity! I can never say enough about why meal planning is so great. The past week we were running low on food so it was difficult to make anything interesting…so yay for having food now!
