Happy Friday, everyone!

I recently shared 10 Running Blogs You Should Be Reading, and it was great to see that so many of you are already reading some of my favorites, while some of you may have found someone new to follow!  So today, I’m talking about 5 of my favorite fitness blogs!

If you are working on getting in shape, look no further than these 5 fitness blogs that are an excelent resource and source of inspiration!

Favorite Fitness Blogs

While I love a great running blog, I also love blogs that focus on other areas of fitness because I am a self-proclaimed fitness junkie!  If you read here regularly at Run With No Regrets, you know I regularly participate in a cardio kickboxing and boot camp class at work.  And I love yoga!  I really love learning about different workouts and trying new things.

When I’m training for a race, like I am right now, it’s tough sometimes to fit in all the cross training that I need.  So it’s really helpful to keep up with fitness blogs that will inspire me to get to work! This week I’m sharing 5 of my favorite fitness blogs that I follow, and why you should follow them too!  I’m always impressed how these ladies can whip up a simple workout that I can try out!   I also really appreciate tips beyond fitness, such as tips on nutrition and healthy recipes.  And again, these favorites are not listed in any particular order!

Femme Fitale Fit Club

If you’re a health/fitness blogger, you’ve got to know Diatta from Femme Fitale Fit Club – she’s everywhere!  I first learned of her blog from the Workout Wednesday linkup, which I participate in regularly.  Diatta is a fantastic resource.  She’s always testing out new workout DVD’s, giving product reviews (and Youtube videos!), and you know that she will be honest no matter what!  You should definitely check out her blog!

Confessions of a Mother Runner

I really enjoy Deborah’s blog and have been reading for a while now.  While her blog name clearly indicates that she is a runner, Deborah does a whole lot more than that!  She co-hosts Meatless Monday and the Ultimate Coffee Date Linkups – the latter of which I’ve really enjoyed getting to know other bloggers!  But back to fitness – check out Deborah’s blog to read about fitness class reviews, great gear to try (and giveaways!), and more!

Reach Your Peak

Patty of Reach Your Peak is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, so you know she’s got the goods on fitness!  She’s currently building up her running base to train for the Chicago Marathon!  Patty creates awesome workouts on her blog that are short but challenging and even created a workout log that you could print out and use.  I really like that when she posts a workout, she usually provides video to make sure you get the right form!

Jill Conyers

I am so happy that I found Jill’s blog.  She is another great resource who covers just about everything – fitness, recipes, mental health….simply awesome!  While I’m linking up with her today for Fitness Friday, I also really enjoy the What’s for Dinner meal planning linkup, even though I haven’t joined in a while (for shame, I know!).  I know that I can trust what Jill posts about fitness because she’s done her research!  Go to her site and see for yourself!

Keep It Real Clean

Much love to my fellow City Fit Girls Ambassador, Colleen!  I am a big fan of her blog.  She is passionate about living a healthy life and shares the ways she keeps it all balanced with tons of practical tips.  Look to Colleen’s blog to find healthy recipes (with drool-worthy photos), tips on balancing workouts, travel, and overall wellness.  Right now she’s looking for more bloggers to collaborate with, so go to her blog and check it out!
