And it’s Friday again! The crazy thing is, I have a 10K to race tomorrow: Zooma Annapolis! As always I have those butterflies in my stomach but I’m just so excited about it all! Be sure to come back early next week for the recap!

If you check my Bloglovin’ page, you’ll see that I follow over 300…crazy right?! Among this massive list are quite a few healthy food bloggers. For the past 2 years, I’ve been making an effort to cook healthy meals. I’ve been seeing a dietitian regularly and I have a couple of cookbooks. But I still get stuck and lack creativity. That’s where these 5 awesome healthy food blogs come in!
I absolutely love Gina’s blog, and she is my first stop when I’m looking for a recipe for dinner. There are so many great recipes here, I don’t even know where to begin! Skinny Sloppy Joe’s and Chicken Ropa Vieja are a regular in this household, and I’ve made little tweaks each time I’ve made them! You should definitely check out Skinny Taste and see what you can discover too!
Here’s another favorite food blog! Triple Bean Veggie Burgers are definitely one of my favorite meals to make and I haven’t found a dud yet! She also hosts What I Ate Wednesday which is always a great source of inspiration with sometimes over 100 participants!
Yuliya is amazing! She lives in Holland with her husband and son, and she makes such delicious meals, mostly Paleo. A while ago I made her recipe for Paleo tuna cakes, but I didn’t do them justice at all! Be sure to check out her other recipes, there’s a LOT to choose from!
Here’s another blog I “discovered” when I first started following food blogs! I’m a big fan of Amanda’s healthy snacks. I need to actually start making them! The photography in itself is good enough to eat! Definitely check out the healthy eats over at Running With Spoons!
This food blog blows me away. I recently found out about Pancake Warriors and was drawn in by the pancakes, obviously! But there’s so much more here. Again, the photography and simplicity of recipes ALMOST gets me to take the plunge and make the recipe! I can’t wait to see how I can duplicate these great meals!
