Goals for Tough Mudder Philly

Woah…I’m doing a Tough Mudder in 4 days.

I can’t believe the time is finally here!  And at the same time, I can’t wait for it all to be over!  The most challenging event I’ve ever attempted to do is on Sunday, and my head is spinning!

Tough Mudder Training Week 6 Recap

October has arrived, and I’m less than 2 weeks away from the Tough Mudder Philly!  This is a frightening prospect but also a relief because I’m getting closer to the starting line, meaning that the finish line isn’t too far away!
