It’s the last day of 2015, and in so many ways it will be hard to say goodbye. But it ain’t over yet!
Today I thought it would be cool to take a look back at some of the most popular posts at Run With No Regrets in 2015. It’s been a great year and I worked really hard to write blog posts that would beneficial for you to use as part of your running and fitness journey. Warning: What NOT to Do When Running In the Dark – This post still gets tons of traffic and has been shared over 400 times on Pinterest, which is huge for me! Running in the dark is not only inconvenient but can be really unsafe! I’m so glad people are paying attention to this post, and I really enjoyed writing it.
Why Nike Training Is Awesome: App Review – This was the first time I made a post of this kind and people have regularly checked it out throughout the year. I’m planning to get back to using the Nike Training App more regularly for strength training, as it really is a great resource!
How to Stay Motivated to Run Solo – I loved writing this post! I wanted to provide advice to help you get out the door on your own when you don’t have a running buddy to rely on.
Time Management Tips for Race Training – This was a great topic that I proposed as a guest host at Tuesdays on the Run. I’m so glad people enjoyed it and found some useful tips to help balance running with everything else!
2016 Philly Love Run Registration Opens 9/6/15! – Anyone who was looking for information on The Love Run seemed to have found my post! Hopefully, they were able to snag the introductory $60 deal in time!
I also thought it would be interesting to see which posts were the most shared this year. I use CoSchedule (affiliate link) to schedule tweets and Facebook posts and Tailwind (referral link) to schedule Pinterest, so it’s great to see how these have helped with social shares. Too bad Twitter no longer posts share counts, as they probably would have impacted the final results!
Tough Mudder Training Tips: The Ultimate Guide – I really loved writing this post and I’m glad that people find it to be a helpful resource! While I may not have another Tough Mudder on my radar, it was such a great challenge that I’m glad I gave a try!
How to Stay Fit in the Running Off-Season – This is one of my most recent posts that took off. City Fit Girls had an awesome off-season training plan that people have loved to pin in this post!
How to Run In the Heat Without Dying – It was really exciting to see how popular this post was over the summer! And I think I made it clear how much I can’t stand running in the heat, haha!
Philly 10K Race Recap – I was so pleased to see that people were excited to share this post in the Philly running community, it’s such a fun and unique race!
Running Club Roundup Series Kickoff – I’m still surprised how much this post took off on Pinterest! Creating and participating the Running Club Roundup has been so rewarding, and it’s just the beginning! I have so many other running clubs to explore!
It has been a great year here at Run With No Regrets and I’m so thankful to everyone who has dropped by, left a comment, or shared a post. I feel like it’s really starting to become a community here.
