Weekly Meal Plan for 12/13/15

It’s the start of a new week and with Christmas almost here, I need to try to end the year strong with better eating habits!

For the first time in several weeks, I’m participating in the What’s For Dinner weekly meal planning linkup with Laura from Mommy Run Fast!  It’s a great way to stay accountable for eating heatlhy, and I need to get back on track…

So glad to finally get back to meal planning!Last Week Recap:

This past week was pretty bad when it came to meal planning and healthy eating.  I was out almost every night:  holiday party on Monday (with Wawa for dinner), panel event on Tuesday (with pizza for dinner),  Shack Track and Field on Wednesday (Shake Shack), and Bret’s holiday party on Friday (tons of food!).  I had a great time, but I need to snap out of it!

I miss having more wholesome meals, so I definitely need to make a better effort this week!

Meals for the Week:

Breakfasts:

Apple cinnamon oatmeal
Cereal and milk

Lunches:

PB&J sandwiches
Fruit smoothies
Carrots and hummus

Dinners:

Tilapia, sweet potatoes and broccoli
Leftovers

Snacks:

Luna bars
