Happy New Year!  I hope you’re enjoying your weekend – I’m trying till will it to never end.. .wish me luck!

This week is my first meal plan of the new year, so I really want to get started on the right foot.  The holidays are over, so now there’s no excuse to keep up those unhealthy habits.  I’ve really struggled with my eating over the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, and it’s time to stop!
