Cherry Blossom Training Week 3 Recap

One of the most interesting things about running is how when one race ends, training for the next race begins.

I had a really good training experience with the ZOOMA Run Love Challenge, but now that the race is behind me, it’s time to focus on my next big goal:  The Credit Union Cherry Blossom 10 Miler in Washington, DC!

ZOOMA Run Love 10K Race Recap

This past weekend, I ran my first race of the year – the ZOOMA Run Love 10K on Saturday, February 13.

This was the inaugural virtual race hosted by the ZOOMA Women’s Race Series.  Runners had the option to run either a 5K or 10K.

As much as I love running in the winter, the ZOOMA Run Love Challenge was brutal on race day!  Let me tell you all about how it went!
