My Results After the 21 Day Runner’s Reset

So the 21 Day Runner’s Reset is over, just like that!

It’s hard to believe that the 21-day challenge to limit sugar and increase strength training has come to an end.  It was a really great experience and I learned so much in the process that I plan to keep up with beyond the 21 days!

My Greatest Life Lessons From 5 Years of Running

I looked at the calendar the other day and realized that it’s been 5 years.  Five years ago, I started running, and the rest is history.

It has been such an incredible journey and throughout these past 5 years, I have learned so many life lessons from running.  I never saw that coming!

I’m Giving Up Alcohol for Lent, But Why Now?
