Goals for the 2016 Cherry Blossom Run

Alright, so my first big race of the year is just a few days away.  I can’t believe the Cherry Blossom Run is here!

It has been a very long road training for the Credit Union Cherry Blossom 10 Mile Run in Washington, DC.  Every time race weekend arrives, I’m somehow surprised that I’m supposed to be able to pull this off!  I’m really excited to be completing this race for the second time.  Will I do a better job than last year??

Being a Love Run Race Ambassador + HUGE Giveaway!

How Did Giving Up Alcohol for Lent Go?

Easter is in the rearview window and I have completed my Lenten sacrifice of giving up alcohol.  And no, I didn’t cheat once!

I’m excited to share my results after not drinking for nearly 50 days in February and March for Lent.  I didn’t have a single drink on Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, or any time that I was really stressed and needed to unwind.  It was quite a challenge and an adventure!
