One of my favorite things about the summer is the opportunity to go to BBQ’s! Now that I’m moving into a new home, I’m really excited to finally be able to have a grill and host cookouts with our family and friends.

When I saw this recipe from Annmarie I got really excited! I love blueberry goat cheese and have been craving it for awhile, and this looks like a delicious combination of flavors!
I just love the bright colors of Lauren’s cabbage salad! This definitely beats your typical coleslaw, replacing mayonnaise with healthier oils and apple cider vinegar. So refreshing!

How delicious does this look? Kalia came up with a great recipe that features zucchini, albacore tuna, olives, tomatoes, and feta cheese. Flavorful but light – I gotta try this one out soon!
Here’s another great salad recipe, this time from Julie! All it takes for this salad are peas, roasted artichokes, grilled asparagus, nuts, seeds, and a little bit of dressing! Very green, but very tasty!
