Are you a college basketball fan?  Have you ever gone to a March Madness party?

I love college basketball and March Madness!  I love filling out a bracket and beating out my coworkers and friends…it never gets old!  I graduated from Villanova grad school so I LOVE that I was able to watch them win the Championship last year and destroy the competition!  I’m still holding hope that my undergrad alma mater, Penn, while miraculously win the Ivy League tournament and enter the NCAA tournament for the first time in 10 years!

If I haven’t convinced you enough already, I’m a big fan of March Madness!  Now that I own a home, I really hope that we can serve as a place for entertainment!  I’ve been working on stepping up my game in the cooking department for months, so this is the perfect opportunity for meto try some delicious, healthy recipes to enjoy with my family and friends.  Any of these appetizers, side dishes, or main courses would be a sure hit while watching one of the dozens of games that will be playing over the next few weeks!  Check out the recipes below for some inspiration….Selection Sunday will be here before you know it!
