Buffalo Half Marathon Training Week 4 Recap

I had a solid week of training for the Buffalo Half Marathon but my whole body is wrecked! Okay, maybe I’m exaggerating, but after Sunday’s Parkway Classic 10 miler, all of my muscles are exhausted!

5 Goals for the Parkway Classic 10 Miler

My next race of the spring season is almost here – the Parkway Classic 10 Miler.  It’ll be my first time completing this race and I’m really excited to run my first race in Virginia.  Last week, I shared the reasons why I’m excited to run this race.  Now it’s time to share my goals!

This month, let’s talk about what type of gear you should wear when you’re out running in the rain!  The April showers haven’t hit too hard yet where I live, but no matter how hard you try, you can’t avoid the rain – and you shouldn’t!

Tunes Tuesday: Pump Up Songs of the 90s

What’s your favorite decade?  While I’m very partial to the 00’s, the 90’s was my childhood and the music of that era gives me so many memories!  For this week’s Tunes Tuesday, I’m sharing some of my favorite 90’s music that gets me pumped up on a run or during a workout!
