I’m excited to share over 2 dozen healthy frozen treats to cool you off this summer – I hope you enjoy!
One of my favorite things about the warm weather is cooling off with a delicious dessert. We just had a heat wave in Philly that had temperatures soaring to the mid-90’s, so I was clearly in desperate need! I’m Team Ice Cream all the way, but I also enjoy a good sorbet, frozen yogurt, or water ice (it’s a Philly thing – check out Rita’s!). If it’s cold and refreshing, I’m good to go!
What are your favorite cool treats? I’m so grateful that some of my favorite healthy living bloggers are sharing their unique recipes for healthier ice cream, frozen yogurt, popsicles, and so much more! Many of the recipes are dairy-free, gluten-free, or made with ingredients you could never have imagined, but they look amazing! If you try any of these, let me know!
I’m linking up with Deborah and Sarah for Meatless Monday, Annmarie and Dixya for Meatless Monday, Nicole, Jen, and Michelle for Wild Workout Wednesday, and Farrah and Esther for Foodie Friday!
Check out this roundup of 30 delicious, healthy frozen treats for the summer! #dessert #sweatpink Click To TweetI’m still a novice in the kitchen, but it’s been my goal this year to step things up and make more of my meals and snacks from scratch. So why not extend that goal to desserts? These delicious, creative, and guilt-free desserts that I’ve rounded up are made with just a few ingredients and range from fruity to chocolately! If any of these recipes catch your eye, why not try to duplicate it in your kitchen? I’ve been dying to make “nice cream” for years and my popsicle molds are just waiting to be taken out of the box. With the temperatures rising, it’s the perfect opportunity to get to work! I hope just some of the photos alone will inspire you!
