Tunes Tuesday:  Winter Holiday Songs

Do you get excited when the radio stations start playing holiday music?  I definitely do – it’s my favorite time of year!  December has come so quickly, and while life gets busy, there’s something about Christmas music that makes things so much more cheerful!

I have always loved Christmas songs.  We have so many great classics, but for my playlist, I thought I’d share a few more contemporary holiday songs.  And if you visit my Tunes Tuesday posts regularly, you know how much I love some cheesy pop music!  I have to admit that I’ve been playing my Spotify playlist over and over and loving it!  I’m looking forward to seeing what you enjoy so I can continue to add to the list!

Featured Songs:  Christmas Music Playlist

I'm sharing some of my favorite songs on my Christmas music playlist for this month's Tunes Tuesday! Find more running music playlists at runwithnoregrets.com!

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays – *NSYNC:  Of course this was the first addition to my list.  I loved this song before I even knew who *NSYNC was!

All I Want for Christmas Is You – Mariah Carey:  It’s a classic and at this point, probably one of my favorite MC songs!

Kiss Me at Midnight –  *NSYNC:  Yes, they are on my playlist twice, no shame!

White Christmas – CeeLo Green:  This is a really nice, soulful version of the classic song.

What Christmas Means to Me – Stevie Wonder:  Stevie is amazing, as we all know, but there’s something about those jingling bells that get me every time!

I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus – The Jackson 5:  How can you not love this song?  Little Michael!

Someday at Christmas – Stevie Wonder:  Amazing, heartfelt lyrics.

Santa’s Coming for Us – Sia:  I really like this new jam from Sia, I still need to hear the rest of her album!

O Come, All Ye Faithful – Pentatonix:  I had no idea that they are so popular!  I really do enjoy their take on this classic!

Mistletoe – Justin Bieber:  Didn’t I say I had no shame?  This song is catchy, I can’t help it!

Happy Xmas (War Is Over) – John Lennon:  I don’t know what it is, but I’ve always loved this song!

Underneath the Tree – Kelly Clarkson:  I could hear her sing anything!

My Only Wish (This Year) – Britney Spears:  Another fun song I had to add to the list!

Sleigh Ride – TLC:  The three ladies just being themselves and having so much fun!

Last Christmas – Wham!:  This is another great, well-written song!

This Christmas – Donny Hathaway:  Another classic that I couldn’t omit from my Christmas playlist!

Let it Snow – Boyz II Men:  Slowing it down a little bit, but this is another great holiday jam!
