Good news – my feet are feeling MUCH better these days! Could I possibly be making a breakthrough?!
It’s the start of a new week and my recovery from plantar fasciitis continues. I have been in physical therapy since August and doing tons of exercises, hoping that I can get rid of my heel pain for good!
