It’s the first weekend in May! I hope you’re having a great day so far – personally, I’m glad to have another weekend at home!
It’s the first Saturday in May, meaning that it’s time to join Coco and Deborah for the Ultimate Coffee Date! While this is a running blog, sometimes it’s refreshing to just talk about everyday life! Let’s catch up!
Welcome to the start of another week! Did you watch the Super Bowl? I was in heaven watching the Falcons destroy the Patriots play after play, then the next thing I know, while I start getting ready for work the game completely turns around! I couldn’t care less about either team, but I can’t stand Tom Brady…congrats to the fans?
In any event, I’m continuing to train for the Love Run Half Marathon and things continue to overall go pretty well! I’m glad that I can share my weekly recap with you!

I always find the start of the year as an opportunity to hit the reset button. I like to start fresh with a clean slate. No regrets, right? 😉
But seriously, this is a great time of year to check in on your goals and think about your goals moving forward. Whether you’re training for your first marathon or just trying to perfect that work-life balance, I find that it’s extremely helpful to write down your goals for the year and be as specific as possible. Then you can regularly check in and monitor your progress!
