When you’re a long-time runner or fitness enthusiast, you think you have all of the gear that you need, or at least you know everything that’s out there. I have to say I was really put by surprise when I saw the Orange Mud Transition and Seat Wrap – a product that helps you change your workout clothes with dignity AND keeps your car de-funked! Let me tell you more as I was able to test out this magical towel!
If you like listening to music while on the road, trail, or working out at the gym, it can be challenging to find the perfect set of headphones. Over the years I’ve struggled with juggling my cell phone and wired headphones and tried a variety of brands, never really satisfied. Two years ago I had the opportunity to test out the Aftershokz Trekz Titanium Bluetooth headphones and they have literally changed my life! They have accompanied me on thousands of miles of running, but in my recent round of marathon training, I found them to not be as comfortable as they used to be.
The good news is that Aftershokz has an even better new product on the market: The Aftershokz Trekz Air. They have all the great qualities of the Titaniums but are far more comfortable. I’m excited to share my review with you!
As a runner, taking care of your feet is ESSENTIAL. And yet, it often seems to find its way near the bottom of the priority list. Since I’m currently dealing with plantar fasciitis after a long marathon training cycle, let’s say that I’ve truly learned this lesson the hard way – don’t neglect your feet!
The good news is that with the proper stretches, icing, and arch support, I seem to have a pretty positive prognosis. One element that is absolutely helping in my recovery is OOFOS Oolala Sandals. I already owned a pair of OOFOS OOriginal sandals that I purchased after falling in love with the OOFOS OOmg Recovery Shoes that I reviewed for Bibrave last year. I’m a huge fan of the brand and I’m happy to share why you need to add OOFOS to your running shoe collection!

I hate to say it but if you’re a runner, you’re bound to get injured at some point in your running journey. It could be as minor as shin splints or as major as a stress fracture (been there, done that!). It’s so important to focus on recovery as a runner and to incorporate injury prevention activities in order to stay healthy. That’s why I was excited to get the opportunity to test out a brand new tool call the CTM Band! Keep reading to check out my review!
