Goals for Rock ‘n Roll Nashville Half Marathon

It’s hard to believe it but it’s finally time for my first big race of 2019 – the Rock ‘n Roll Nashville Half Marathon! This will be the first half marathon I’ve completed since the Love Run in March 2018. I had a rough last half of 2018 due to plantar fasciitis, and after months of rest and physical therapy, I’ve been building my mileage and strength since this winter to get back to my love, long distance running. This race will hopefully confirm that I’m “back”! I’m happy to share my goals for this race!

Rock ‘n Roll Nashville Training: Entering Week 6

I hope you’re doing well! I know it’s been pretty quiet on my side lately, but that doesn’t mean that there hasn’t been anything going on! I’ve been very busy training for the Rock ‘N Roll Nashville Half Marathon, which is now only a few short weeks away!

I thought now would be a good time to check in and share how things have been going with my training. I’m entering Week 6 of my plan from Coach Laura, and I’m really optimistic about how things will go in Nashville!

New Jersey Marathon Week 17

The New Jersey Marathon is complete and I’m in full recovery mode!  To round things out, I wanted to share my final week of training for the race.  You’ll have to wait just a little longer for my full recap, but hopefully, the teaser below will hold you over until then, lol!
